Island Food Products (IFP) held its 28th annual Spring Food Show on Wednesday, April 30, at the Farm Neck Golf Club in Oak Bluffs. A constant stream of restaurateurs visited some 50 booths where they could taste a wide range of foods and beverages, from pastries and roast beef sandwiches to bacon, ham, fried cheese balls, sodas made from fresh squeezed fruits, vitamin waters and wine, figs and gourmet cheeses, and ice cream and cakes.

The Island’s local food service distributor sponsors the fair each spring. “It is good a time to try out new products and to catch up with old friends, both food distributors and friends in the local restaurant community, after a long winter,” Adam Bresnick, IFP partner, said.
