Dubbed Martha’s Vineyard’s Homegrown Dance & Performance Festival by its founders, Built on Stilts is a free (donations welcome), family-friendly dance show that happens over the course of eight nights every August. Doors open at 7:30 pm each night with a drum circle and dancers’ warm-up, and the performances start at 8 pm. For more information, and each night’s schedule, visit builtonstilts.org.
