To the Editor:
Recently we traveled to the island of Terceira in the Azores. Located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, hours away from America and Africa, it is a beautiful place.
What amazed me the most was that we were able to get Wi-Fi access everywhere! Whether we were on rocky coastal trails, tiny villages, or in the cedar forests in the mountains, we always had Wi-Fi. If that is possible on this isolated island, why is it not possible on the Vineyard?
