ASTROLOGY:
He's still retrograde...
March
31, 2005
By
Arlan Wise
We
are in the midst of this retrograde Mercury in Aries phase. Some astrologers
feel that the yearly Mercury retrograde periods are a key factor in
maintaining sanity. These retrograde are seen as a time to embrace
the wisdom of insecurity, a time to let go and give up on micro managing
one's life. It is a time to be open to deviation from the norm, and
to let yourself lose control.
The problems you encounter during Mercury retrograde are the ones
that need to be solved now. Your denials surface and you see where
you are blocking the natural flow of things. It is an excellent time
for counseling and seeking advice. It is also an excellent time for
research, editing, and revising written work.
Mercury will turn direct on April 12. His next retrograde phase will
be July 22-Aug. 15.
Thursday, March 31 Moon in Sagittarius, VC from 1:24 pm until
10:48 pm when it enters Capricorn. Try to get your work done in the
morning although it may be hard to focus. Once the moon goes VC, devote
the afternoon to sports and outdoors pleasures. Think while you play.
It's terrific energy for activating your mind, for having personal
conversations, and for writing.
Friday, April 1 Moon in Capricorn. You'll be too busy taking care
of business to feel like playing April Fool's jokes. You'll want to
start the month in an organized way. Take a look at your business
and see where you can reduce any excess that is draining money. Review
the structure of your enterprise and replace the weak parts. Don't
leave anything that must be done to tomorrow.
Saturday, April 2 Moon in Capricorn, VC 9:34 am. It's a whole
day with a VC moon; you're excused from work and given a day to play.
Take off with your lover and go have fun. Enjoy yourself with your
loved ones. You'll feel expansive so make sure to write down your
ideas and dreams. Love is in the air this evening when Venus and Jupiter
dance the night away.
Sunday, April 3 Moon in Aquarius. TURN YOUR CLOCKS AHEAD ONE
HOUR. Jupiter touches the sun, making this one of those lucky make-a-wish
days. Let your mind soar with new, out-of-the-box ideas. Let your
body feel good. Let your spiritual life unfold as you seek further
for answers. Investigate a religious system that's unknown to you.
Monday, April 4 Moon in Aquarius, VC 7:32 am. Today is more for
thought than action. The great mystic Edgar Cayce said that thought
is the creator. Ponder that to discover how you will create what you
need. Have a brainstorming session with coworkers. Add your energy
to that of a group and work for a cause.
Tuesday, April 5 Moon in Pisces. Let the right side of your brain
take over as your go through the day. Listen to what your intuition
tells you. Walk by the water. Give yourself a psychic reading. It's
a day to be receptive. Romance is in the air as Venus snuggles up
to Neptune. Put more beauty into your life.
Wednesday, April 6 Moon in Pisces, VC 10:03 pm. This is another
spiritually oriented day. It will be hard to stay focused and get
things done. This is daydream energy, good for spacing out and imagining
a future. Help others who are in need. Write that monthly donation
to an organization that helps the tsunami victims or others in misery.
Thursday, April 7 Moon in Aries. Today's energy is highly unstable
as we approach tomorrow's eclipse. You may face frustrations when
you can't move as fast as you'd like. Everyone will be feeling self-absorbed;
so don't expect cooperation or compromise today. Examine your anger
when it arises. Do something on your own that makes you feel good.
