BRIEFS March 31, 2005 New acupuncture center opens Frances Desmone recently announced the opening of her office practice Allegheny Acupuncture located at 2 Ryan’s Way in Oak Bluffs in the office of Dr. John Campbell and Martha’s Vineyard Chiropractic Center.
