Deck of the islander - March 3, 2007

I was coming to the island to witness the commissioning of the Island Home and to say goodbye to the Islander who has served me for my entire life. The Island Home left Woods Hole around 11 and the islander followed promptly. When we were arriving in Tisbury I was at the bow and noticed this shot, so, I took out my Canon Point and shoot and snapped this. It was silly to me at the time but I entered it in the Agricultural Fair this past summer and not only won but was also paid 200 dollars for some prints. I thought that this picture was a good prospect for the section of the MV Times.
