Better crosswalk marking needed
To the Editor:
This letter was written to the Tisbury selectmen and the Department of Public Works.
Please use mid-highway crosswalk identification markers at crosswalks on Franklin Street, markers like the ones that are being used at the downtown crosswalks. These markers may prove a necessary and effective device to mark crosswalks on a major school bus route and slow traffic speed in a high-density habitation area.
