Ryan weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces. Sydney S. Teixeira Jennifer Cottle and David Teixeira of West Tisbury announce the birth of their daughter, Sydney Susan Texeira, on Feb. 21 at Beth Israel Hospital, Boston.
