Turn the table on stress
Carolyn Kildegaard would like to turn your stress to bliss with a
new method of yoga that combines movement, meditation, and self-reflection.
Ms. Kildegaard, a registered yoga teacher, will lead the eight-week
program, which she hopes will restore health to body, mind, and spirit.
Previous yoga experience is not necessary, and all levels are invited.
If you think this is just the right way to deal with your stress,
call Ms. Kildegaard at 508-627-8007 for more information. She hopes
to begin the program soon.
