Butler and Kevin M. Sheehan
Jennifer Paige Butler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard P. Butler
of Aquinnah and Kevin Michael Sheehan, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Sheehan
of East Longmeadow were married on Sept. 25 at the Gay Head Lighthouse
by acting justice of the peace Ali Weisman.
The bride, who is known as Jeffie, graduated from Martha's Vineyard
Regional High School and Wheaton College. She is currently an event
designer in Aspen, Colo. The groom graduated from Wilbraham and Monson
Academy and has trained as a chef in restaurants in Boston, the Caribbean,
and on the Island. He is currently a private chef in Aspen, Colo.
The couple spent two weeks on the Island after the wedding. They reside
in Aspen, Colo.
Lisa Silva and Christian Averill
Lisa Silva and Christian Averill were married on Oct. 23, 2004,
in Chatham. The bride is the daughter of Edward and Diane Silva of
New Bedford and Acushnet. The groom is the son of Preston and Diana
Averill of Oak Bluffs and Arizona.
An April honeymoon trip to Tulum, Mexico, is planned. The couple live
in Edgartown.
Beldan Kurosman and David Radcliffe
Beldan Kurosman of Vineyard Haven and David Radcliffe of Northampton
were married on Oct. 9 outside in Menemsha. Emily Sims solemnized
the ceremony.
Beldan is the daughter of Kathleen and Nusret Kurosman of Wappingers
Falls, NY. David is the son of Raymond and the late Claire Radcliffe
of Northampton. Beldan is self-employed as an artist and is a graduate
of Vassar College. David, a teacher and fisherman, is a graduate of
Springfield College.
Lisa Moreis and David W. Roberts
Lisa Moreis, daughter of Raymond and Sybil Moreis, and David W. Roberts,
son of Rita Roberts and the late Earl Roberts, were married on Aug.
14 in a private ceremony at the Oak Bluffs gazebo.
The couple honeymooned in Maine, camping and riding their antique
motorcycles. The couple will reside in Tisbury.
