ACHIEVEMENTS April 14, 2005 Outstanding program The National Head Start Association has named the Martha’s Vineyard Community Services Head Start program one of 40 outstanding programs in the country. The Island program, offering services to 42 children and their families, was recognized for success in areas of management and service. The program is directed by Debbie Milne. The award will be presented on May 25 at the Head Start conference in Orlando, Florida. |
