Weddings May 12, 2005
Hope Theresa Murphy and Christopher Martin MacLeod were married on Sept. 4 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church. The wedding was officiated by Deacon Fred Lapiana. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Murphy of Chilmark and the groom is the son of Mrs. V. Jane Fisher of Centerville, New Brunswick, Canada and Mr. Donald MacLeod of East Tracey Mills, New Brunswick, Canada. The bride is the autism specialist for the Martha's Vineyard school system, and the groom is a carpenter on the Island. They make their home in Chilmark.
