Crafters comfortable
in new home
After 14 years in a variety of locations, the Martha’s Vineyard Craft Cooperative is at home in a new year-round site — a small, adorable shop in the Union Street Mall in Vineyard Haven.
Many will remember the group’s previous locations in Tisbury Market Place and then in the Woodland Business Center. But the new Union Street Mall shop is more convenient and easier for tourists find by as they walk around town.
The Martha’s Vineyard Craft Cooperative is a non-profit organization for Island artisans. The shop is a place to buy work made here on the Island and to support these craftspeople. The shop has Island antiques on display and also for sale.
Visit the craft cooperative in their new location, Union Street Mall, off Union Street, in Vineyard Haven. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm. Call 508-693-2314 for more information.
