Children's Resources The Family Network provides support and resources to all Island families with children up to age six. Services include play groups, parenting discussions, a monthly newsletter, health and development screenings, and support groups. Contact Marney Toole, 508-693-7900, ext. 283. Its Family Center, located at Martha's Vineyard Regional High School, offers child care, networking, and health clinic services. Contact 508-693-7900 ext. 288. Vineyard Affordable Child Care Project (VACCP) helps working Island families pay for child care costs (ages 2.9 to 5 years). Provides support and training to preschools and family day care providers.
