Puttin' on the Ritz
Walk the red carpet on Sunday night and have paparazzi fight for your photo. Once inside the Ritz-y party you will feast on hors d'oeuvres and sip champagne.
Hollywood Boulevard meets Circuit Avenue this Sunday at the first Ritz Oscar Night Party. Island "characters" will be awarded Oscars. Guests will cast ballots and guess who will win the real statuettes. Music will include movie soundtracks. Can you guess the movie?
Guests can go Hollywood with fancy dress and black tie, but this is optional, according to Ritz manager Janet King who has wanted to throw an Oscar night to-do for years.
The party benefits the Ritz Scholarship fund, which is awarded each year to a music student at the high school. Put on the Ritz and join the party at 8 pm, Sunday, March 5.
