Curator Jill Bouck is pleased to announce that Vineyard wildlife photographer Julian Robinson has donated 10 of his images to the Martha's Vineyard Historical Society to be held in their permanent photography collection. Mr. Robinson's engaging photos of birds and animals often appear in The Times. The historical society issued a press release last week stating how pleased it is to accept the donation "from one of the Vineyard's great photographers."

The collection, which includes photos of Vineyard osprey, owls, swans, and farm animals, will be on display in the Pease House on School Street in Edgartown from March 15 through next September.

During the spring, beginning on March 15, the Pease House will be open on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons, 1 to 4 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am until 4 pm.
