MV vanity plates

The Martha's Vineyard Donors Collaborative (MVDC) is working on a new benefit for Island non-profit organizations. In May, high school students were invited to submit designs for an Island license plate. Since then, a five-person committee has been formed that will select three design finalists, which will then be available for the public to vote on. If enough interest is brewed within the communities and the project will make profit, the license plates will cost $40. All proceeds will go to the new Martha's Vineyard Community Fund at the Permanent Endowment Fund of Martha's Vineyard to benefit local charities.
