Last Saturday, Dec. 16, the Contemporary Music Center (CMC), WMVY Radio, and Outerland hosted the third annual "Home for the Holidays" concert. The concert was for the benefit of Habitat for Humanity of Martha's Vineyard. CMC, the nation's only artists' colony used exclusively by musicians, was established on the Island six years ago. The concert was held at the Atlantic Connection last year, but was moved to Outerland to accommodate more people.

Habitat for Humanity's mission is to construct low-cost homes with no-interest mortgages to assist families who are in need, and all proceeds from the concert were donated to the organization.
