Shhhhout Happy New Year

Making noise in the library? It was an ironic crafts day at the West Tisbury library last Saturday. To prepare for New Year's Eve, children were invited to make noisemakers, with help from the librarians. With paper plates on Popsicle sticks, kids used beans to create the noisy effect, and decorated them with streamers. Over 40 people, both children and adults, enjoyed making the craft of the day.
