In Island fashion

Island boutiques put their best clothes forward for this year's Martha's Vineyard Hospital Auxiliary fashion show on June 8. At the Harbor View Hotel, volunteers modeled clothes to help raise $5,471, according to auxiliary treasurer, Marilyn Wortman. The funds will go towards the purchase of a new piece of equipment, the Medfusion Pump 3500. The pump is a computerized syringe pump that delivers medication to newborns and pediatric patients, and its advanced technology is designed to reduce dosage errors.
Island clothing stores such as The Green Room, Chappy, Island Pursuit, Alley Cat, and many more, were represented at the event, attended by approximately 85 people.
