On June 21, 17 students from Martha's Vineyard Regional High School attended Skidz School, a day-long advanced driver's course that teaches five defensive driving maneuvers. MV Drive for Life, a non-profit organization devoted to providing technologically advanced driver's education to Island teens, organized and sponsored the field trip to West Boylston where the National Safety Council's Central Massachusetts Chapter offers the training on a 950-foot track.
