Patricia Lewis Ryan and Paul Ryan of Vineyard Haven announce the engagement of their daughter, Siobhan Ryan, to Isaac Stinson. Isaac Stinson is the son of Marion Stinson and the late Arthur Stinson of Swan's Island, Maine. A 2008 wedding is planned.
