Tina Humber-Floyd and Colin Floyd of Edgartown announce the birth of their daughter, Isabelle Cooper Floyd, on Sept. 24, at Martha's Vineyard Hospital. Isabelle weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and joins brother Drew Moreis and sister Matti-Lyn Floyd.
