The Cottage City Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 5:30 pm, in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 56 School Street on the application of the referenced petitioner seeking:
A Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish and remove an existing detached garage structure and add a 2 story addition to the existing residence with a garage in the basement level.
