The West Tisbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 22, 2008, 7:30 p.m. at the Howes House to consider a proposal filed by Jim Hart to construct a building with a combination of a plumbing business, hardware store and two apartments. The location is 56 Indian Hill Road, Assessors Map 16, Lot 82, within the Mixed Business Zoning District. Copies of the plans are on file with the Planning Board and may be inspected at the Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
