WEST TISBURY PLANNING BOARDThe West Tisbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 6, 2008, 7:30 p.m. at the Howes House to consider a Special Permit application filed by Cleonice Niki Patton and James Feiner to create three single-family dwellings on a 3.1-acre parcel. Two of the three dwellings will be restricted as affordable housing. A Special Permit is required per Section 4.4-3B of the zoning bylaw. The location is Assessors Map 21, Lot 13.4, Dr. Fisher Road, within the Rural Zoning District. Copies of the application are on file with the Planning Board and may be inspected at the Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (please note: the Town Hall will be closed Friday, September 19 and Monday, September 22). TOWN OF WEST TISBURYThe Town of West Tisbury is looking for an individual/company to provide cleaning services to three town buildings: the Town Hall Temporary Trailers and Old Library on Music Street, the Police Department, and the Library. Duties include sweeping, dusting vacuuming, maintaining rest rooms, and replenishing supplies. All buildings are cleaned on a weekly basis with the exception of the Library, which requires cleaning more often in the summer.
