The Martha’s Vineyard Times, www.mvtimes.com and related Web sites insert classified advertisements in print and online venues as directed by our advertisers. If we make an error in processing a classified advertisement, for example if we fail to honor the schedule we have agreed to, we will refund your payment or substitute a new advertisement of equivalent value. Refunds will be made by crediting the credit cards used for the transaction unless the original transaction was paid for in cash.
We make every reasonable effort to help those placing advertisements assure accuracy and timeliness in the insertion of their classified advertising in our print and online products. Responsibility for the content, format and scheduling of classified advertising, however, lies with the advertiser and no refunds will be made for errors not under our control. Similarly, all claims, offers and information contained in classified advertisements are the responsibility of the advertiser.
Contract pricing effective January 2013 is non-refundable.

Web sites, no shipping of goods or merchandise occurs.
