The Center for Therapeutic Massage has cared for island residents and vacationers alike, year round for nine years. The Center was created as a nurturing environment where clients can pursue holistic wellness through the highest standards of therapeutic massage.

The center has a beautiful and soothing office in downtown Vineyard Haven is open year round and has central air conditioning. We also offer island-wide house calls for those who would prefer to receive massage in the comfort of their own home.

It is our mission to take massage therapy to its highest application. This is a massage center. With our vast repertoire of massage techniques, our very careful choice of massage therapists from across the country and our focused attention to addressing your health and your needs, we hope to surpass all your expectations of quality and care.

Mansion House Health Club & Spa

Whether a vigorous workout in the gym, a pedicure in the day spa, or a relaxing swim in the 75-foot mineral spring pool, visitors to Mansion House have a wide array of treats for body and soul.

Services include facials, massage, body wraps, pedicures, manicures, hair removal, tanning, spa parties and retreats. The clay wraps, "Moshup’s Mud," and facials originate from clay harvested by Wampanoag tribal members exclusively for the spa then sweetened with wildflower honey from the Island’s Katama Farms.

From yoga and dance classes, to body wraps and facials, to the sauna and steam-room, the spa, open daily, is an affordable luxury that makes a Vineyard day special.
