Seven hockey teams competed in the third East Coast Classic at the Arena last weekend.

The winning team was TAC (Total Athletic Conditioning) from Connecticut, which defeated the Dragon Club in the finals, 5-3. Previously, in the semifinal games, TAC had topped another team from the Nutmeg State, the CPT Selects, 7-1.

The Dragon Club had qualified for the finals by defeating the Gators, 9-8.

The Martha's Vineyard entry, the Mariners, lost its game to TAC in a shootout, 4-3. They tied Madhouse, 6-6 and lost to the CPT Selects, 5-2.
