Grizzlies win
The summer of 2010 witnessed the birth of two Island ladies 3.0 USTA tennis teams. The Grizzlies and the Cougars, played five matches over the five-week season. Although many of the individual games went to tie breakers, the Grizzlies emerged as clear winners, beating the Cougars in four of the five matches. Coached by Mas Kimball, the Grizzlies went on to represent the Vineyard at the USTA Districts at Beverly, August 6-8.
