SunWaterMV was founded by engineer and contractor Tim Twombly in 2005 with a clear mission:
to contribute to the replacement of fossil fuels with the most effective technology available.
As solar hot water collectors became commercially available Tim saw the potential for increased acceptance of alternative energy approaches; by 2008 Apricus and other manufacturers increasingly achieved industry certification. Tim Twombly and his SunWaterMV crew have now installed several systems on the Island, each paying for itself in propane offsets within a few years while delivering free hot water for 30 years or more, with little or no maintenance.
SunWaterMV has experience in all areas of construction, knows how to finance projects for little or no cash up front, understands the options available in all forms of Alternative Energy and considers it part of their job to make that knowledge easily accessible.
