The SeaView House
The integrity of the interior and exterior of this 1920’s bungalow was kept intact while being updated with a new kitchen/dining area and master bedroom above. Now fully insulated and heated with the latest, most efficient technologies, this once seasonal house can be enjoyed year-round. The exterior patio and native stone walls create a private exterior space, while concealing an advanced treatment septic system. The small, single-paned windows were replaced with larger, double paned, low E, energy efficient windows, allowing maximum views of Nantucket Sound to the North and Farm Pond to the South.
