New Harbor View
Change and development are inevitable even on the Vineyard. Sometimes new projects have an unexpected reduction in footprint.
Here a large house was removed retaining only the historic boathouse section. Passersby often stop to take their picture with this new harbor view in the background. While woody plants and a retaining wall of old brick provide structure, the garden changes each year from multi-colored, to all white, and now this year blue and white.
