Historic Challenge in Oak Bluffs
This historic renovation and expansion in Oak Bluffs was a compelling challenge. The house was built in 1890 and was in need of upgrade and repair. It was already a great design, and we wanted to keep the look of the house the same. We removed the roof and second floor, as well as the back of the house, and rebuilt adding a third floor with fantastic views. We were successful in making the house larger, more comfortable and energy efficient while maintaining the unique OB character and style.
