Located at the historic Harbor View Hotel on Starbuck’s Neck in Edgartown, this Victorian dining room enjoys beautiful views of the Edgartown Lighthouse and harbor.
Water Street features executive chef Nathan Gould, who sources the freshest Island produce, meat, and poultry from established Island farms including Allen, Morning Glory, and Whipporwill as well as line-caught and day boat seafood from local fishermen.
The Water Street menu is designed to be flexible. Adventurous diners may choose to share and explore several of the Vineyard Small Plates or for those who wish to dine in a more traditional manner, full-size entrees are offered as well. The sommelier applies this meticulous approach to the wine list, an eclectic range of American and Spanish wines carefully selected to compliment Chef Gould’s culinary vision. The quality standard requires every wine to be rated either 90 and above or a “best buy” by the world’s foremost wine experts.
Water Street serves Breakfast and Sunday Brunch year-round, and is open seasonally for dinner.
Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made online at harbor-view.com.
