When we moved here people said we did not get much snow because of the water, my son had been learning about weather (he is 2) and asking me if we could make a snowman, I remember thinking what a bummer we may not get enough snow to make those fun snow memories! Was I wrong and so glad about it, that snowman lived for weeks. Watching your kids see something for the first time and enjoy life is worth all the snow! We have had so much fun this winter! Aa a side note: his frog hat is from Island Alpalca, everyone comments on it and they are pleasantly surprised to find, they too can buy one on island to support our local merchants!
