Lake Ave outside of Nancy's : Thursday July 2, 2009
I did not take the picture, it was text-ed to me but I was on scene watching this intrepid kayak-er paddle down Lake Ave adjacent to Nancy's around 1400. The street flooded after the torrential rain storm in which hail was included. Enjoy!
