Reception at Hob Knob
The wire sculpture by Steve Lohman, commissioned by the Hob Knob Boutique Hotel, serves as its new logo.

On Friday, Oct. 24, The Hob Knob Boutique Hotel on Main St. in Edgartown held an open reception to promote its "Art of Hob Knobbing," a series of programs it offers its guests on subjects like food, literature and the arts. Hob Knob proprietor Margaret White introduced the hotel's new logo, a wire sculpture of a cow by Steve Lohman.
There was also an exhibit of the photographs by Alison Shaw. Ms. White noted that Ms. Shaw: "... is responsible for reshaping the way many people view Martha's Vineyard."
A percentage of proceeds from the sale of photographs and miniatures of Mr. Lohman's sculpture will go to The FARM Institute.
