MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
By virtue of and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Jorge Silveira to World Savings Bank, FSB, dated December 11, 2006 and recorded in Dukes County Registry District of the Land Court Registry of Deeds as Document No. 65929 and noted on Certificate of Title No. 11685, of which mortgage Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB is the present holder, for breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, the mortgaged premises located at 35 Mud Puddle Road, Tisbury, Massachusetts will be sold at a Public Auction at 12:00 p.m. on January 29, 2009, at the mortgaged premises, more particularly described below, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:
The land with the buildings situated in Tisbury in the County of Dukes County and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
Being Lots 27 and "B" as shown on Land Court Plan 2702-D, filed with Certificate of Title 848, Book 5, Page 109 at the Dukes County Registry District of the Land Court.
Subject to and together with the benefit of any easements and/or restrictions of record insofar as the same are in force and applicable.

The above premises will be sold subject to all taxes, assessments, and other encumbrances which may constitute a prior lien thereon, and will be conveyed subject to any easements, restrictions of record, tenancies, and rights of redemption for unpaid federal taxes, if any, as shall, notwithstanding this provision, constitute valid liens or encumbrances thereon after said sale.
