By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain Mortgage given by Robert E Bailey and Carol J Bailey to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., dated March 28, 2007 and recorded with the Dukes County Registry of Deeds at Book 1115, Page 894 of which the Mortgage the undersigned is the present holder by assignment for breach of the conditions of said Mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing same will be sold at Public Auction at 01:00 PM on February 27, 2012 at 162 West Spring Street, Tisbury, MA, all and singular the premises described in said Mortgage, to wit:

TERMS OF SALE:
A deposit of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00 CENTS ($5,000.00) in the form of a certified check or bank treasurer's check will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Foreclosure Sale Agreement immediately after the close of the bidding. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank is currently seeking proposals for the removal or relocation of all or parts of a 24’ X 108’ airport hangar frame and roof. The hangar would need to be disassembled and relocated. The hangar can be seen at Trade Winds Fields Preserve off Tradewinds Road in Oak Bluffs. "USE OF SIGHTSEEING BUS STANDS AT THE
VINEYARD HAVEN TERMINAL"
CONTRACT NO. 04-12
The Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority will accept sealed bids during regular business hours for the "Use of Sightseeing Bus Stands at the Vineyard Haven Terminal" until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at the Steamship Authority's Procurement Office, which is located at its Woods Hole Terminal, One Railroad Ave., Woods Hole, MA 02543, at which time and place they will be publicly opened.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Steamship Authority's Procurement Officer by calling (508) 548-5011, extension 515.
The Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority (the “Authority”) has two (2) available sightseeing bus stands at its Vineyard Haven Terminal for use from April 1, 2012 through October 31, 2013. Appropriately licensed tour bus operators who are interested in obtaining a license to use a bus stand at that terminal are invited to submit a bid, in the form attached hereto, to enter into an “Agreement for Vineyard Haven Terminal Bus Stand(s)” with the Authority.
The Authority may award one (1) Agreement for both bus stands or two (2) separate Agreements for each individual bus stand at the sole discretion of the Authority. The award will be based on the highest bid for the use of each tour bus stand (minimum bid for each tour bus stand will be $5,000.00). A twenty percent (20%) commission will also be paid by each successful bidder to the Authority on all sightseeing tickets sold by the Authority for transportation on the bus tours.
The Steamship Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to modify or amend with the consent of the bidder any bid prior to acceptance, and to waive any informality, all as the Authority in its sole judgment and discretion may deem to be in the public interest.
