TISBURY PLANNING BOARDPursuant to MGL c. 40A, s.5, the Tisbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, 31 March 2010 at 7:15 PM at the new Town Hall Annex, High Point Lane, Vineyard Haven, MA to consider a proposal from the Tisbury Board of Selectmen to amend section 09.05 (Flood/Storm District) and to strike section 09.06 (Flood Plain District) from the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Tisbury.
