As required by Section 8.8-6 of the West Tisbury Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will be having a pre-application discussion with representatives for Sprint concerning a future application to amend an existing Special Permit for a cell tower: Sprint currently has an existing wireless facility site located at 66 Old Courthouse Road and would like to perform modifications. Sprint proposes to remove and replace the three (3) existing antennas located inside the existing stealth monopole and replace three (3) new antennas and six (6) Remote Radio Heads (RRH). In order for the proposed equipment to remain concealed, the existing 28 diameter canister must be replaced with a 58 diameter canister. In addition, Sprint also proposes to add one (1) additional equipment cabinet inside Sprint's existing equipment shelter located at ground level. Notice of a public hearing for the application will be duly advertised and notified as required by M.G.L. 40A after a formal application is received and a hearing date has been set.

As required by Section 8.8-6 of the West Tisbury Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will be having a pre-application discussion with representatives for Verizon Wireless concerning a future application to apply for a Special Permit to erect and maintain a Personal Wireless Service Facility with associated ground equipment in a wooded section of the 22.2 acre parcel Map 31, Lot 48, 21 New Lane; RU District. Notice of a public hearing for the application will be duly advertised and notified as required by M.G.L. 40A after a formal application is received and a hearing date has been set.
