Windemere is located on the Martha’s Vineyard hospital campus. One of our specialties is short-term rehabilitation for patients whom have transferred from other hospitals. We offer a twenty-one bed unit in which we care for residents with Alzheimer's and other dementias. Also offered are sixteen residential beds, most of which are private rooms, to independent seniors in the community.
Windemere provides an extensive activity program geared to the varied needs, abilities and wishes of its residents. There are many advantages in Island living, and we are glad to share them with our residents. At Windemere enjoy the gorgeous bloom of spring, summer and autumn like no other, and bask in the serenity of our calm mild winters.
