Brymer, Vineyard Haven; DOB 10/9/74, home invasion: Nolle Prosequi (state declined to prosecute); assault and battery on a police officer: guilty — four years probation; resisting arrest: dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth; breaking and entering a building during nighttime to commit a felony: guilty — two years in the house of correction committed with credit from 7/15/10.

Madison, Mashpee; DOB 3/25/90, possession to distribute class B drug (coca leaves or a salt): continued without finding for 18 months; possession of class E drug (prescription drug): continued without finding for 18 months; larceny from a person: continued without finding for 18 months, must pay $90 VW.

James Anthony Rathbun, Vineyard Haven; DOB 6/17/59, assault and battery: continued without finding for nine months, must pay $50 PSF.

David C. Scott, Rolling Fork, MS; DOB 11/19/79, failure to stop/yield: not responsible; unregistered motor vehicle: not responsible.
