Vineyard Videos : Living Local Harvest Festival
Despite the pouring rain, many Islanders attended the third annual Living Local Harvest Festival on Saturday at the Ag Hall in West Tisbury. All day, participants were treated to workshops and demonstrations, local food tastings, informative panel discussions, and live music. The evening was devoted to a local food potluck dinner, with more music following. The event was presented by Vineyard Energy Project, Vineyard Conservation Society, Island Grown Intiative, and the M.V. Agricultural Society, with support from Cronig's Market, South Mountain Company, the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head, The FARM Institute, ECO MV, and Cape Light Compact.
