Mariah HallBilsback of West Tisbury was awarded a Presidential Scholarship by Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Penn, for her academic achievement. Mariah is a freshman at Gettysburg.

Charles E. Sebastian
Shane and Marianne Sebastian of West Tisbury announce the birth of their son, Charles Emmett Sebastian, on October 18 at Falmouth Hospital. Charles weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and joins sisters Lily and Charlotte.
