I think we got numerous years of wishing for a white Christmas all in one deposit on Sunday. What a strange storm. The brief power outage we had resulted in a cell phone that was plugged into a charger but shut off, turning on in the middle of the night, serenading me with the turning-on tune and also a TV that I could not get to turn on the previous night was working fine in the morning. Whatever the results it left a gigantic mess for people trying to shovel out and the many DPW workers throughout the Island keeping our roads open. Thank you for all of your hard work.

We send birthday smiles to Caitlyn Francis, who will be 18 on Christmas day, a from her entire family. Ara BenDavid, Anita Combra, and Claudia Metell all share December 31.
We send Christmas and holiday greetings to all this season, hoping that it is a peaceful one for all of you and the world. My wish for all is a day of contentment and time to spend with those you love best.
Peace.
