What's your favorite thing to cook?

Roasted rack of domestic lamb. With scalloped potatoes, roasted eggplant and tomato mash, with extra virgin olive oil and garlic. By far my favorite meal.

Is there one food you won't eat?

Canned spinach.

Where do you go on your nights off?

To be honest, I have one night off. I usually cook at home.

What's one of your favorite things about the Island?

How when I haven't driven somewhere in a while and I revisit it, how amazing it is. Beetlebung Corner, Beach Road between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs, stunning. The vistas. Every town.
