Art and eggs: Easter hunt at the Field Gallery

A hazy fog hung over the Field Gallery in West Tisbury Sunday morning, making the annual search for Easter eggs all the more mysterious for an excited band of youngsters who charged toward the whimsical sculptures shortly after 9:30 am. Eggs were balanced on iron arms, tucked under plaster elbows, and concealed by tin bird beaks. The fun was organized by the First Congregational Church of West Tisbury.
