Steven Medeiros, age 56, of Marietta, Ga., died September 26.
A celebration of life service will be held at the American Legion Hall, with a Graveside Service at 10 am on Saturday, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Vineyard Haven, with the Rev. Roger Spinney officiating.
Steven was Staff Sgt. with Kennesaw State University Police Department.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Medeiros; daughters, Morgan Medeiros, of Marietta, and Kara Medeiros, of Lincoln, Neb.; his mother, Cora Medeiros, of Vineyard Haven; sisters, Joan Medeiros, of Bradford, N.H., Kathy Rodgers, of Vineyard Haven, and Gayla Medeiros, of Oak Bluffs; brothers Paul Medeiros, of Vineyard Haven, and David Medeiros, of Edgartown. He was preceded in death by his father, Raul Medeiros.
