Obituary : Charles R. Stasko
Charles Robert "Bobby" Stasko died on September 23 at age 58, on Martha's Vineyard, a place where he made many friends over the past 30 years and who was a full-time resident for the past two years.
He will be sorely missed by many, including his two children, Max and Hannah, and their mother, Debe N. Stasko; his immediate family, including his stepfather Irwin Rothstein; his brother, Eric Rothstein; and sister Holly Rothstein. He was pre-deceased by his mother, Margit Stasko Rothstein. He will also be missed, in words that can't say, by his life-long friend, Robert "Bob" Baum and his wife, Susie, among many other long-time friends in Connecticut, on the Vineyard and throughout his world.
His family and friends would like to invite you to come to the Portuguese American Club on Vineyard Avenue in Oak Bluffs on Saturday, Oct. 18, between 5 and 8 pm for a celebration of Bobby's life.
