Music : Wintertide Coffeehouse reunion at Nectar's
[More Photos]Wintertide Coffeehouse, legendary as a hotbed of musical creativity during its 20th century Island heyday, came alive again Sunday night at Nectar's/Flatbread.
In the proud Wintertide tradition, newcomers and coffeehouse veterans shared the stage in varying combinations of talents and styles. Seasoned singer/songwriters Kevin Keady, Kim Hilliard, Jemima James, Nina Violet, and Dayna Kurtz were joined by Dan Waters, Ed Rodgers, and Noah Stuber. Ticket proceeds and a portion of pizza sales were donated to the Martha's Vineyard Y Teen Center whose director, Tony Lombardi, was an organizer of the original Wintertide Coffeehouse.
